If you find a lower price within 15 days after your purchase on the same item offered by another online retailer, we'll refund the difference. It's that simple.

To receive our Best Price Guarantee refund, please consider the following criteria:

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to the following promotional offers: product-bundling, coupons, or rebates. You are not eligible for our Best Price Guarantee if the competitor's item is offered in conjunction with any kind of sale, discount, promotion, auction, or as a close-out items. The product being compared must also be from a Canadian website, and the currency must appear in Canadian dollars.

Claiming Your Best Price Guarantee Credit

To claim your Best Price Guarantee credit, e-mail the following information to sales@stagshop.com within 15 days of your purchase:
  1. Evidence of the lower priced item - the URL (web address) link to the lower priced item. We must be able to view the lower priced item to issue a Best Price Guarantee credit.

  2. Your name, phone number, and e-mail address.

  3. Your order number (found on the confirmation e-mail you receive after placing your order)

Once the above information is received, we will happily confirm the lower price by visiting the provided URL. Stag Shop will calculate the difference immediately and adjust the pricing for your purchase or, if you have already purchased the item, we will offer a refund to your credit card for the difference.
