Online Ordering
We have taken the steps to make your online shopping experience a convenient and hassle-free one. Please follow these steps when ordering online.- Use the Search bar at the top or Categories provided on the left to locate the products of your choice. When you find a product you would like to purchase, do one of the following:
- Click on “Buy Now” to add the product directly to your Shopping Cart.
- Click on the product name or image to view a detailed description and then click on “Add To Cart” to add it to your Shopping Cart.
- Click “Add to Wish List” if you wish to purchase this product at a later date. This option requires you to create a user profile.
- When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to our quick and easy Checkout to complete your order. The Checkout has 4 steps:
- Confirm your Shopping Cart contents.
- If you have a coupon code, enter it at the bottom of the page under “Redeem a discount coupon”.
- Enter your personal information (if you haven't already).
- Select your method of delivery and method of payment.
- Confirm and submit your order.
- You will receive an e-mail notification of your order details and again when your order is shipped. The secondary notification will include the tracking information for your order.
Phone Ordering
If you prefer to order by phone, please follow these steps:- Create a list of the items you wish to purchase and include the following details:
- Product Name
- Product Number
- Price
- Size/Colour (if applicable)
- Quantity
- Contact our toll-free phone number (1-888-310-1325) between 9 AM and 5 PM (ET), Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and place your order with a sales representative.
Information on Taxes
Taxes will be automatically added to your order’s total and indicated separately for your information. Tax rates will be applied based on your province or state.For US orders, any import duties or additional taxes will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
