Step 1: Insert - Fold the cup and insert it into your vagina. Then, let go, so that it pops open. Bear down with your muscles and twist the cup from side to side to create a seal.

Step 2: Remove - To take out your cup comfortably, pinch the cup lightly to break the suction keeping it in place. Pull it out.

Step 3: Clean - Empty the cup into the toilet. Rinse thoroughly or wash with a mild soap. Put the cup back in or store it in its antimicrobial bag.
