Sex Toys and Other Products
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased sex toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on any products due to change of mind or not meeting expectations. If you require a defective product replacement, we will exchange the product for a new one within 30 days of the purchase.
Lingerie & Underwear
All stockings, accessories, panties, Elite Packaged Lingerie by Coquette, and all boxed lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All exchanged items must be unworn and in their original state and packaging. They must also include all tags and be without any trace of deodorant, hair, makeup, or scent. When eligible, if an item you receive is the wrong size or does not fit, we will exchange it for another size of the same item (if possible). If the same item is not available, an alternate option of equal value will be provided. Please contact us here with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order ID (found in the top left corner of your receipt)
- The product you purchased and the size you would like as an exchange
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Once shipped out, all final sale and clearance items cannot be cancelled or exchanged under any circumstance.
Shoes
Any shoes looking to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and returned in original condition.
Defective Products
If your product becomes defective within 30 days after receiving your order, we will be happy to replace it for the same item. If the same item is not available, an alternate option will be provided to you for the purchase price of the item. All defective products must be returned in the original state and packaging. E-mail questions@stagshop.com, with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order ID (found in the top left corner of your receipt)
- The product that is defective and the issues you are experiencing
- A photo or video depicting the issue you are describing
*DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE CAN BE DONE IN STORE OR VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please note we suggest you call the store or email our customer service team at questions@stagshop.com ahead of time to make sure there is a replacement item in stock at that location.
Notes
Some toys may require you to deal with the manufacturer directly regardless of whether it becomes defective within the 30-day period or not. We will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
