Courier shipping estimates are based on when the package is picked up by the courier after processing. All orders are shipped out Monday to Friday during business hours. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing is approximately 1-2 business days, but may be extended during holidays and large sales. Delivery times are based on non-rural addresses. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or holidays. Stag Shop does not make any guarantees for shipping and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped. We currently ONLY ship to North America.
Please note during high volume sales (valentine's day, black friday, boxing week, anniversary sales, certain flash sales), inclement weather and holidays, orders may be delayed by shipping couriers. We cannot guarantee shipping dates during those times)
For lost, damaged or delayed parcels you will need to contact the courier directly and initiate an investigation. The CASE ID is required by our customer service team to initiate any refunds on shipping charges or to issue a replacement order.

ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. ORDERS OVER $59.00 WILL QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA. ORDERS UNDER $59.00 WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.

We currently ship with a variety of couriers included but not limited to: Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx and UPS. We choose your courier based on your shipping choice at checkout to give you the fastest/ most affordable options.
About Your Order
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day but due to high volume there can be delays.
- Larger orders or special requests may require additional time to prepare and ship
- Orders placed with an eCheck through a PayPal account will take 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped once payment is received.
- With a minimum purchase of $59 or more shipping is no cost to you
- All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box or bubble envelope. There will be no mention of Stag Shop on the parcel or shipping label
- To respect your privacy, the company name on your credit card statement and the shipping label will be TCBIZZ.COM

- Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address you provide
- All orders over $59.00 (before taxes) qualify for FREE shipping
Out Of Stock Items
We cannot guarantee availability of product; on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance, we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation; items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product. If a response is not received within 48 hours, the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped.
Stag Shop will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations or be held accountable if the customer does not receive notification. We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time; certain items on our site may not be available in-store and vice versa. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, both in-store and online, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features, and offerings of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If your order is returned to our warehouse after an attempt to deliver has been made, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address information you entered is correct. Once confirmed, we will re-ship your order. If there is an address correction needed, a reshipping fee will be charged. If you fail to receive your order after the second delivery attempt and it is returned to us again, we will cancel your order. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost for the second delivery attempt and a restocking fee based on your order total.
Track Your Order
You will receive a shipment notification email directly from the courier once your order has been picked up from our warehouse. The email will contain a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery status online. If you can't find this email, please try checking your junk/spam folder.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest you refuse the delivery from the courier or contact customer service for a return shipping label. Returned packages must remain sealed/unopened when being returned. Cancelled order are subject to restocking fees based on your order total plus any shipping fees incurred. Your card will not be refunded until after the order has been returned to our warehouse. All order packages opened are considered used and non returnable and will not be accepted back by our warehouse. Please make sure the shipping box remains sealed if refusing the package. If you need to update or add to an existing order, please contact questions@stagshop.com as soon as possible.
Information On Taxes
Taxes will be automatically added to your order’s total and indicated separately for your information. Tax rates will be applied based on your province or state. For US orders, any import duties or additional taxes will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Ship To Stores
When you submit an online order you have the option for your order to be shipped to one of our 30+ retail store locations. Once your order arrives in store you will be contacted by the store staff letting you know your order is available for pickup. For more info on Ship To Stores Click Here
