What does it feel like? 

After you lube up and insert your penis into one of the 3 different sized penis receivers, you turn on the machine and VacuGlide gently but firmly sucks your penis and then releases it before quickly sucking it again. Because it is encased inside of a silicone sleeve, the suction gently grips your penis and moves the tightened lubricated silicone sleeve up and down your shaft, all under a slight amount of pressure. It is not a sensation that any human can provide; it is a post-human one. Do you need an erection to use it? 

No! This is the only machine we make that will both cause the erection and an orgasm. While it is not exactly a penis pump, the alternating suction followed by positive pressure should provide enough suction to cause at least a half erection if not a full one.
