The Yoni Kegel set features three Kegel weights - 60g, 80g, and 100g. Gradually increase the weight and tone your pelvic floor.  These weights can have a positive effect on pelvic floor issues such as incontinence and increase your pleasure! 

How to Use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap. Wash the Kegel ball with Stag Shop’s Toy Cleaner and dry before use.
2. Apply Stag Shop’s Water-Based or Hybrid lubricant for easier insertion.
3. Lay down on your back in a comfortable position and slowly insert the Kegel ball. Insert the Kegel ball into the vagina canal as far as you are comfortable with and ensure the removal tip is hanging outside of the vagina.
4. Once inserted, tighten your pelvic floor muscles no longer than 5 seconds at a time to hold your Kegel ball in place. Do not keep the Kegel ball inserted for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The Kegel ball should feel secure inside your vagina canal.
5. Removal of the Kegel ball: Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap. Lay down on your back in a comfortable position. Apply a liberal amount of Stag Shop water-based lube to your vaginal opening, and slowly pull on the removal tip until the Kegel ball slides out.
