How It Works


When you submit an online order you have the option for your order to be shipped to one of our 30+ retail store locations. Once your order arrives in store you will be contacted by the store staff letting you know your order is available for pickup.

This process can take upward of 2 business days processing time and 2 business days of shipping before your order is available for pickup.

This is not a same day service.
Please bring a digital or physical copy of your order receipt.

Orders under $59 are eligible for free shipping. Orders below $59 will be charged standard shipping. There won't be any benefit of paying for faster shipping.

If you're using a non-canadian credit card with a non-canadian address, but wish to have your order shipped to a store location, please contact customer service after you've place and order to ensure accuracy.

You will have to sign a copy of your receipt at pickup to confirm the order is received. 

 

How To Use it


To select 'Ship To Stores' shipping option all you have to do is check this box on the top of the checkout page then choose a store from the drop down. Continue to fill out the rest of the checkout page as if you were shipping it to your house, so if anything does happen we have your proper address and we also have the proper billing address for billing purposes. Do not change your address to the store address as this can cause billing issues. If this box is checked and a store selected then your order will be shipped to a store location.
