Strap It On!
If you are choosing a harness-style strap-on, one of the most crucial elements of finding the perfect one is fit. The harnessβ waistband should fit snugly around the hips If it is too loose it will slide during play, especially if used with a heavy toy. Thong style harnesses wear just like underwear and should have a large enough βriseβ (the length of the crotch of the harness) to sit comfortably on the hips with the panel squared directly over the pubic bone.
Four-strap harnesses (so called because four straps are attached to the panel to make up the waistband and leg straps) need to be snug at the hips, with the panel centred over the pubic bone, and the leg straps tightened right up underneath the butt cheeks. Harnesses with sewed-in rings to hold dongs in place can only accommodate the size of toy originally provided with the harness. Harnesses with the toy fastened directly to the panel cannot be changed at all.

Double Penetration
Double-penetration strap-ons are harnesses allow either a male to strap one dong above or below his penis or a female to strap two dongs on simultaneously which allows them to penetrate their female partner vaginally and anally at the same time. Typically the smaller of the dongs is positioned for anal use in the beginning but this can be changed to suit your partner, and many styles allow you to change out the size and shape of the dongs at will.
