Penis pumps are designed to increase blood flow to the penis and help to keep it there for a short period of time. The results can typically last long enough for penetrative sex or foreplay, and combining a pump with a cock ring can prolong the results from the pump - but as with all cock rings, it’s not a good idea to keep them on for more than 30-45 minutes.
